Who We Are and How We Work
EZ Pressure Washing is a locally owned business in Elkton, MD, in Cecil County, founded in 2026. The owner looks at every property in person before giving a free estimate. Then the owner or a trusted employee does the work, backed by a satisfaction guarantee.
We're a small, owner-led pressure washing business based in Elkton. We opened in 2026. That's recent, so our track record is short. You can see it for yourself in our Google reviews, where we're rated 5 stars.

You won't get passed to a call center or a sales rep. The owner quotes your job, and the owner or a trusted employee shows up to do it. That keeps the person who saw your property close to the person washing it.
Every estimate is free. We look first because two houses on the same street can need very different work. A shaded north wall of vinyl siding near the Elk River often grows a green film of mildew. A sunny driveway a few doors down might only need spring pollen and grime lifted off.
So we match the method to the surface. Vinyl siding gets soft washing. Older brick, wood and painted surfaces get low-pressure methods. Too much pressure on old brick can wear down soft mortar joints. On wood it can raise the grain and leave fuzzy, gouged spots. Paint can lift right off. Seeing the surface in person tells us which approach fits.
The work we do covers house washing, driveway cleaning, concrete cleaning, deck cleaning, patio and pool deck cleaning, fence cleaning, algae removal, gutter whitening and trash can cleaning. Some folks call us after an HOA exterior maintenance letter shows up. Others want a winter's worth of grime off concrete before freeze-thaw cycles do more wear. Either way, the first step is the same free look at the property.
We're rooted in Elkton, close to the MD, DE and PA border towns. Our name and our reviews stay right here with our neighbors.
What Our Guarantee Covers
Our guarantee is simple. If something about the job isn't right, we come back and fix it until you're happy. If we can't get it there, we give you a refund. That promise comes with every job we do, from a full house washing to cleaning out a couple of trash cans.
It starts before any water hits your house. I look at every property myself before I write a quote, so the price and the promise are both based on what I saw on your siding, your driveway or your deck. The estimate is free every time.
Any part of the job you're not satisfied with once we've finished
Work done by the owner or by a trusted employee, since the same promise holds either way
Every service we offer, including driveway cleaning, deck cleaning, fence cleaning and gutter whitening
A refund as the last step if a return visit doesn't get you to happy
The guarantee also covers how we treat your surfaces. We use soft washing on vinyl siding. Older brick, wood and painted surfaces get low-pressure methods instead of a hard blast. Too much pressure on those materials can etch wood or loosen old paint. Picking the right method is part of doing the job correctly.
What the guarantee can't do: pressure washing cleans a surface, but it doesn't repair one. If freeze-thaw winters have already cracked or flaked your concrete, those marks stay after cleaning. Faded paint won't come back either. Some deep stains, like old rust or oil set into a driveway, may lighten without fully disappearing.
Regrowth is the other limit. Mildew on shaded vinyl siding can return over time, especially on the north side of a house. Homes near the Elk River and the Bay get extra moisture, and algae likes that. Spring pollen will land on a clean deck again next April. Our guarantee covers the job we did on your property. It can't promise anything about the weather that comes after.
If I spot a stain during the assessment that I don't think will lift all the way, I'd rather say so before you hire us. That matters most if you're working off an HOA exterior maintenance letter with a deadline. You should know what clean will look like before you pay for it.
We're a young company. EZ Pressure Washing started in 2026 here in Elkton. We don't have decades of history to point to yet. What we have is a 5-star rating on Google, an owner who shows up to every property, and a promise to make it right or refund you.

How We Quote and Schedule a Job
Every estimate is free, and the owner sees your property before you get a price. I'm the owner of EZ Pressure Washing, and I walk every property myself before I quote it. That goes for a small patio and for a full house wash.
Here's how it goes, from your first call to the finished job.
You call or message us, and I set up a time to look at the property.
I can meet you there. Or I can stop by while you're at work or out of town.
I put the quote together and follow up with you by phone.
Once we agree on a price, I can start right away or book a later date.
Then I do the job myself, or one of my trusted employees does.
Why not just quote over the phone? A price given sight unseen is a guess. Two driveways the same size can need very different work. Cecil County winters bring a lot of freeze-thaw cycles, and those cycles can leave some concrete pitted and flaky on top. That surface needs a different approach than a smooth slab poured three years ago.
Siding works the same way. Houses with shade from big trees or near the Elk River often grow green mildew on the north side. We soft wash vinyl siding. Older brick, wood and painted surfaces get a low-pressure method. I can't tell which one your house needs until I've seen it in person.
You don't need to take a day off for the walk-around. Lots of people in a border town like Elkton commute to Delaware or Pennsylvania for work. If that's you, I can look at the property while you're gone. After that, I'll call you with the number.
Got an HOA exterior maintenance letter? Have it handy when we talk. Some letters call out the siding, the fence and the driveway all at once, and I can quote those together so you're not juggling three visits. But if the letter also mentions your roof, that part isn't something we do. We don't work on roofs, and we don't pressure wash cars. You'd need a different company for those.
No work starts until we've agreed on the price. And if something isn't right when we finish, we come back and fix it until you're happy. If that doesn't happen, we refund you. That's our satisfaction guarantee, and it covers every job.
Timing is up to you. Some folks want the house washed the same week. Others would rather wait until the spring pollen stops coating everything yellow. Either way works. Once we agree on a price, I can start right away or put you on the calendar for a later date.

How We Protect Different Surfaces from Damage
We match the method to the surface. Vinyl siding gets soft washing. Older brick, wood and painted surfaces get low-pressure methods. Full pressure is never our default for every part of a house.
That plan starts before we quote anything. I personally assess every property first. I can meet you there or stop by while you're away. During that walk-around I look at what each surface is made of, how old it is and what's growing on it. Then I put together a quote and follow up with you by phone.
Here's how that plays out on the surfaces we clean most around Cecil County and the nearby MD, DE and PA border towns.
Vinyl siding: We soft wash it. Soft washing relies on cleaning solution and low pressure instead of force. That's the right fit for the green mildew that builds up on the shaded side of so many Elkton homes.
Older brick: We use low pressure here. Mortar on older homes is often softer than the brick around it. High pressure can wear it out of the joints, so we keep the force down.
Wood decks and fences: These get low-pressure methods too. Wood is soft, and too much pressure can leave the surface fuzzy or etched with lines.
Painted surfaces: Low pressure again. Paint that's already flaking can come loose with any kind of washing. If I spot loose paint during the walk-around, I'll mention it when I call you with the quote.
Concrete driveways, patios and pool decks: Concrete is tougher than siding or wood, so it can take more pressure. We still check it for cracks and flaking first.

Some limits come with the work itself. Freeze-thaw winters here crack and flake a lot of concrete. Pressure washing cleans that surface, but it won't repair cracks or pitting. A clean driveway can make old damage easier to see.
Low pressure has its own tradeoff. It's gentler, but it can take more time on heavy buildup. On very old brick, a deep stain may lighten a lot without fully disappearing. We'd rather leave a little stain than damage a hundred-year-old wall.
Local conditions shape what we're cleaning off. Humid air off the Elk River and the Chesapeake Bay keeps shaded spots damp, and algae and mildew like that. Every spring, pollen coats siding, decks and patios with a yellow film. So when an HOA exterior maintenance letter shows up, it's usually about that kind of growth or staining.
The owner or a trusted employee does every job. If something isn't right when we finish, we come back and fix it until you're happy. If we can't make it right, we refund you.
What We Don't Take On
We turn down two jobs every time: roofs and cars. We don't work on roofs, and we don't put a pressure washer on a car. That rule has been in place since we opened in Elkton in 2026, and it doesn't change for a bigger ticket.
Roofs. We don't go up on them or clean them, whatever the material.
Cars. A pressure washer doesn't touch a vehicle on any job we do.
Roofs are their own trade. Getting up there takes different ladders, different safety gear, and a different kind of know-how. Shingles also aren't built like vinyl siding or a concrete driveway. So if dark streaks on your roof bother you, a roofing pro is the right person to call. We'd rather send you there than learn on your house.
This comes up a lot with HOA exterior maintenance letters around Cecil County. One letter might list the siding, the front walk, and the roof all at once. We can handle the siding with house washing. The walk is a concrete cleaning job. The roof part goes to someone else, and you'll hear that from us when we follow up with your quote.
Gutter whitening is on our list of services. It cleans the outside of the gutters, where gray and black streaks build up after a few seasons of pollen and rain. That's as close to the roof as we get.
Cars are the other no. Car paint, trim, and seals aren't what our equipment is set up for. A detailer or a car wash is the better fit. If you've booked driveway cleaning, we'll do the driveway. We just ask that the car be moved first.
Beyond those two, any limits depend on the surface, not the job. That's why the owner looks at every property in person before we quote. Some surfaces need a lighter hand. We use soft washing for vinyl siding, like the shaded north walls that pick up mildew near the Elk River. Older brick, wood, and painted surfaces get low-pressure methods instead of full blast.
Some damage won't wash out, and we'll say so. Paint that's already peeling will still be peeling after a wash. Concrete with freeze-thaw cracks will come out cleaner, but the cracks will still be there. Deep stains on very old wood may lighten without fully going away. If we see any of that during the walk-around, we'll tell you when we call with the quote. You'll know before you agree to anything, and the estimate is free.
Saying no costs us a sale now and then. But you're better off with the right crew for each part of the job, even when that crew isn't us. And when we do say yes, our satisfaction guarantee covers the work. If something isn't right, we come back and fix it until you're happy, or we refund you.
Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about how we work
Who shows up to do the work?
Either I, the owner, or a trusted employee completes the job. There's no call center and no separate sales rep involved. The same person who looks at your property before quoting stays connected to the job, since I'm the one quoting it and either doing the work or assigning it to someone I trust. That keeps the person who saw your siding, driveway or deck close to the person cleaning it.
What happens if I'm not happy with the results?
We come back and fix it until you're happy. If a return visit still doesn't get the job where it should be, we refund you. This guarantee applies to every service we offer, whether it's a full house washing or a smaller job like trash can cleaning. The goal is to make the job right rather than leave you stuck with something you don't like.
Is there anything your guarantee doesn't cover?
Yes. Pressure washing cleans a surface, but it doesn't repair one, so cracked or flaked concrete from freeze-thaw winters stays cracked after cleaning. Faded paint won't come back, and some deep stains like old rust or oil may lighten without fully disappearing. Regrowth like mildew on shaded vinyl siding or spring pollen landing again later also falls outside what cleaning can promise. If I see a stain during the property visit that I don't think will lift fully, I'll say so before you hire us.
Why do you need to see my property before giving a price?
Because two properties that look similar can need very different work. A shaded wall of vinyl siding might have a green film of mildew, while a sunny driveway nearby may only need pollen and grime lifted. Cecil County freeze-thaw winters can also leave some concrete pitted on top, which needs a different approach than a smooth newer slab. Seeing the surface in person is how I match the right method to your property, and the estimate itself is always free.
How new is EZ Pressure Washing, and does that matter?
We're a young company, founded in 2026 in Elkton, so our track record is short compared to businesses with decades behind them. What you can check for yourself is our 5-star rating on Google. The owner shows up to every property to quote it personally, and every job comes with the same satisfaction guarantee regardless of how long we've been operating.
